Sister requested for some Sata andagi, so I made these since they were coming to manc. These are basically crunchy, fried pastries rolled in sugar similar, to doughnut.

60g of butter200g of plain flour
2 teaspoon of baking powder
3 eggsoil for frying
3 eggsoil for frying
Coating ingredients
sugar
Method
1. Place the water and butter into a sauce pan, bring just to a boil and remove from heat.
2. Add flour in, whisk to combine. Set aside.
Have a few layers of paper towel ready for draining the churros once they're done frying.
3. Stir in the eggs gradually
4. Heat oil for frying in deep-fryer or deep skillet
5. Divide the dough into balls with two spoons
6. Fry until golden and transfer to paper towels to drain.
7. Roll the drained pastry in sugar mixture.
