Waffle With Strawberry And Cream格仔餅

 

I must say waffles and pancakes are always a hit at my house. Strawberry reminds me of summer and whipping cream is just favourite, i can eat whipping cream straight from the can;D These three things together is just superb and heavenly! 

Ingredients(make 2):

120g plain flour

1/2 tsp baking powder2 egggs

20g sugar1/2cup milk

50g melted butter1tsp vanilla essence

1. Whisk together eggs, milk and vanilla extract.

2. stir in flour and baking powder mix with a fork until just combined. 3. Fold in the melted butter

4. Prepare batter in waffle iron, following the manufacturer’s instructions. 5. Top warm waffles with additional 

preserves, whipped cream or yogurt or whatever you like, and if you have good fresh strawberries, toss those on top too!
