Toffee Nut Latte Cheesecake




Ingredients(6"):
a piece of chocolate sponge cake - recipe

For the Filling:
Creamcheese 125 g
Whippingcream 200 ml
Gelatine 1 tbsp
Water 10g
Toffee Nut Latte
(3 in 1 coffee+hot water+milk+toffee nut syrup)
Sugar 20 g

Method:
1. Cream the cheese with sugar. Beat well
2. Dissolve the gelatine with water
3. Pour coffee into cheese mixture
4. Add the gelatin water
5. Whipped the cream until stiff
6. Fold-in the whipped cream, pour into the cake tin & chill for 2 hours

Chocolate And Almond Flake Cookies


Ingredients:
Butter 100g
Flour 130g
Icing Sugar 60g
Cocoa powder 15g
Egg 1/2
Almond Flakes

Method:
1. Sift together the flour, cocoa powder and icing sugar.
2. Cream the butter together in a bowl, add the egg and rosemary until it is all blended together.
3. Add in the Almond flakes then chill dough in fridge for 15-30 mins
4. Roll the dough then wrap it up and place it in the fridge for one hour.
5. Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and roll to about 1/2 cm thick. Cut out shapes with biscuit cutter and lay on a lined baking sheet.

6. Baking for 20 mins in 150C

Rosemary And Cheese Cookies


Ingredients:
Butter 75g
 Flour 160g
Corn Flour 30g
Cheese Powder 10g
Fresh rosemary 1t/3g (chopped)
Salt 1/4 tsp
Egg white 1

Method:
1. Sift together the flour, corn flour, cheese powder and salt.
2. Cream the butter together in a bowl, add the egg and rosemary until it is all blended together.
3. Roll the dough then wrap it up and place it in the fridge for one hour.
4. Use a sharp knife, slice the cookie-dough log into approx. 2cm thick slices.
5. Place cookies on baking sheet then bake for 20 minutes in 170C or until the edges are golden
