Teriyaki Chicken Sushi



Ingredients:
Nori seaweed sheets
Cooked sushi rice
Rice vinegar
Chicken
Cucumber
Carrot
Teriya sauce
Avocado
Implements:
Bamboo rolling matt
Small bowl of water
Chopping board




Method:
1. Chop cucumer, avocado, chicken and carrot into sticks
2. Stir in rice vinegar to the rice
3. Place cling film on bambo matt, spread out the rice then put the seaweed sheet on top.
4. Roll up sushi and seal with water
5. Top with some white sesame.
6. Serve with wasabi and soy sauce
