Spaghetti Bolognese


Spaghetti Bolognese, the favourite dish of all time:D 


Ingredients
500g tomatoes
1 onion
1 1/4 clove garlic
2 3/4 tablespoonsolive oil
salt and black pepper to taste
1 1/4 teaspoon honey
1 tablespoon worcester sauce
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon chilli powder
170g minced beef
2 tablespoons tomato ketchup


Method

Spaghetti

1.Fill a large pot, preferably a dutch oven, with water and bring to boil. Cook spaghetti according to package directions until al dente. Meanwhile, finely chop ingredients B
2. Drain, rinse noodles with cold water, and set aside.

Bolognese Sauce

Peel and chop the onions. Pour the olive oil into a saucepan, heat it and fry the onions until translucent. Add the mince and fry until the mince is brown and crumbly. Now add the worcester sauce, tomatoes, squeezed garlic, chili powder, honey and tomato ketchup. Simmer for at 45 minutes.
