Chocolate Dipped Piped Cookies


Ingredients:
Butter 125g
Icing sugar 63g
Plain flour 115g
Corn flour 45g
egg whites 30g

Method:

1. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and icing sugar until light and fluffy
2. Beat egg yolk to the butter and stir in the vanilla extract
3. Combine the flour and corn flour
4. Pipe on baking sheet.
5. Preheat oven to 180C for 10 mins
6. Reduce the heat to 160C and bake for 10mins

  1. I really want to try these, but the recipe is a bit unclear. The ingredient list says egg whites, but the instructions say egg yolk. Which one is it?
