Crispy Cinnamon Roll


Last time I made a lazy custard tart with loaf, today I made another lazy dish, crispy cinnamon roll made with spring roll wrapper. 

Ingredients:

10 pieces spring roll wrapper
1 egg
sugar
cinnamon




Method:
1. Take a spring roll wrapper and lightly moisten the spring roll wrapper with beaten egg
2. Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon on (don't be afraid to put more on)
3. Cover it with another piece of spring roll wrapper then repeat step 1 and 2
4. Roll it up and wrap with cling film, chill in the fridge for 10 mins
5. Cut the roll into small piece
6. Wrap it with foil then bake them in 150C for 15mins
7. Remove the top foil then bake for another 1 mins
