Chocolate waffle with nutella and banan 榛子窩夫


Ingredients(makes 2):
Flour 200g
baking powder 1tsp
3tsp cocoa powder
melted dark chocolate 5g
(reduce sugar if you are using sweeten chocolate)
1 egg
pinch of salt
dark brown sugar 60g
1tbsp syrup
melted butter 10g
milk 200ml

Method:
1. Preheat waffle maker.
2. In a large bowl combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and salt. In another bowl, beat egg and brown sugar until fluffy, then beat in milk, syrup and melted butter. Stir the wet into dry until just moist. Do not over stir the waffle batter. Brush the waffle maker with a little melted butter and cook it until brown. serve with toppings of choice.
