Very easy souffle

Finally made souffle after fat chung demanded loadsss of time, it is really easy to modify this recipe, all you only need are five ingredients.
Ingredients (serve 6)

Egg yolks x2
Egg whites x3
Sugar 4 tablespoons
Milk 100ml
Flour 2 tablespoons

Methods

1. Preheat oven to 200C
2. Beat egg yolks and two tablespoons of sugar till smooth and light in a bowl, sift flour into it and mix well; heat milk in     microwave for 30 seconds, add to bowl.
3. In another large mixing bowl, beat egg whites and two tablespoons until stiff
4. Pour over egg yolks mixture, folding with rubber spatula.
5. Pour mixture into souffle dish, place in oven and bake for 12 mins
6. Dust icing sugar to serve

Serve it straight after you take them out from oven! cause they will deslate after few mins
